Meet the Partners

Danny Fendlay

Director of Floor Care Operations & Co-Owner

A lifelong Catonsville resident, Danny has called the community home for 60 years. He graduated from Catonsville High School, and longtime locals may even remember him from his Edreco baseball days. Danny has spent 40 years in the flooring and floor care industry, bringing decades of hands-on knowledge and experience to Reliable.

The son of Pat and brother of Scott, Danny grew up around the family flooring business and has developed deep expertise in carpet and floor care. As Director of Floor Care Operations, Danny oversees Reliable's carpet and floor cleaning services, coordinates cleaning projects, and advises customers on the best path forward for their flooring - whether that means professional cleaning and restoration or full replacement.

Danny is the proud father of Sydney, Thomas, and Elizabeth. Outside of work, he is an avid Orioles fan and a true pickleball enthusiast—you can find him on the court just about every day. He also enjoys golf and checking out new restaurants.

Scott Fendlay

Director of Sales & Field Operations & Co-Owner

Born and raised in Catonsville, Scott brings more than 30 years of flooring industry experience to Reliable. The son of Pat and brother of Danny, Scott grew up around the family flooring business and has developed extensive expertise in flooring products, installation, estimating, and jobsite execution.

As Director of Sales & Field Operations, Scott handles on-site measurements and estimates, helps customers select the right flooring solutions, coordinates subcontractors, oversees installations, and works directly with customers and crews to resolve jobsite issues across both residential and commercial projects. His decades of experience and practical knowledge of the trade are an important part of Reliable's commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.

Scott is the proud father of Allison and Scotty. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at his place on the river in West Virginia, following Baltimore sports — especially the Orioles — and taking his hot rod to local car shows. His hot rod has also been a familiar sight in Catonsville’s Fourth of July parade for decades.

Scotty Fendlay

President & Co-Owner

Raised in Catonsville and a graduate of Mount Saint Joseph High School, Scotty’s connection to Reliable and the local community goes back generations. He attended Salisbury University’s Perdue School of Business, where he earned a degree in finance.

Before joining Reliable, Scotty built his career at TEKsystems, most recently serving as Manager of Project Operations. In that role, he managed project performance with a focus on maintaining healthy gross margins. He regularly reviewed financial and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive stronger results. His career took him to Jacksonville, where he helped expand the company's presence in Florida, and later to St. Petersburg before ultimately returning home to Catonsville.

For Scotty, joining Reliable is also an opportunity to continue a family tradition that spans three generations. Having grown up around the flooring business through his grandfather, Pat, and his father, Scott, he brings that history forward as President. Scotty leads Reliable’s sales, customer relationships, and business development while working alongside Scott on field measurements and helping produce project estimates and invoices.

Outside of work, Scotty is an avid golfer and can often be found playing at Rolling Road Golf Club.

Colin Reymann

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Owner

A Catonsville native and Mount Saint Joseph High School grad, Colin attended Salisbury University, where he studied finance and accounting. While at Salisbury, he won two NCAA Division III National Championships as a member of the men’s lacrosse team, earning National Championship Game MVP and USILA All-American honors.

Before joining Reliable, Colin spent eight years at Morgan Stanley, most recently serving as a director within Foreign Exchange Emerging Markets and FID Management, with a particular focus on FX options and strategic investments. As Chief Operating Officer of Reliable, he helps lead the company’s daily operations, financial management, vendor and subcontractor relationships, marketing, customer experience, and long-term growth strategy.

Colin lives in Severna Park with his wife, Shannen, their son, Gorden, and their dog, Shipley.
